In 2018, the London Renters Union will launch in Newham.We’re aiming to unite London’s 3 million renters and win better housing for everyone. Together we are powerful: we can improve housing for ourselves, our families and our friends.

I really hope this succeeds. My father helped set up a tenants association in the 1950's to fight for private sector tenants rights. We need a rebirth of the tenants movement in this country.
