Walking back home this evening with Gill along Leyton Flats, Epping Forest. The weather forecast for tomorrow is pretty dire, so not sure about "shepherd's delight".

Wanstead Flats Sunset
This evening I went out for a run (aka slow jog) around Wanstead Flats (aka wrongly by local estate agents as "Wanstead Heath" - sounds posher and more expensive).
It was a beautiful sunset over Alexander Lake. Tomorrow is due to be sunny but cold. A "shepherd's delight" sunset (hopefully no estate agents are reading this).

East London Sunset
Normal service will resume next with a report on today’s Labour Party rally in Shadwell and diss-Respect.
I could of course make a link about the pending sunset of the Respect Party.... But I wouldn’t want to associate something so lovely with something so ugly.
