"Bloody foreigners, coming over here, saving our lives"

Hat tip my UNISON Police staff comrade Tony Green for this brilliant photo from 2018 reminding us that so many of our front line NHS (& Social Care) heroes were not born in the UK.

They do a great job but its a fact that many of the patients were not born here either... so not sure that its a very relevant point that you are making?
Two other issues you fail to follow up on...
1) Big Pharma and private enterprise testing and vaccines are the way out of this problem despite Labour's constant tribal trashing of these businesses. I don't see any of the companies that make generic medicines mass produced cheaply stepping up. Despite Corbyn's antipathy to US Pharma.. I bet he will be happy enough to take the vaccine when it comes.
2) The inability for dogmatic Left political reasons for not using private companies in any part of the NHS has resulted in both the NHS run supply chain and the NHS run Testing labs falling over. Frontline workers sacrificed for dogmatic political correctness...you will see...

Over 40% of NHS doctors are BME. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-52219070 So far (not for long) all who have died from C19 are BAME.

There is no Labour tribal bashing of private sector involvement in the NHS. The private sector has always played a major role in the NHS from 1948. We just don't want USA privatisation of our NHS and people dying because they have not got health insurance. Pretty simple
