Off message-ish but there is still time to enter the Newham Classic 10k run in West Ham Park next Sunday morning. I'm taking a break from canvassing that morning for the run and will be training for it by delivering leaflets before work in un-lifted housing blocks!

Route Run will start from beautiful West Ham Park and it will pass through historic Stratford Abbey, Stratford High street and London 2012 Olympic Park.
Entry fee £ 12.50 for advance entry ( unaffiliated ) ; £ 10.50 for advance entry ( UKA affiliated )
Limit 3000 Runner’s package RFID CHIP, BIB Number with Pins, Goodie bag, T-Shirt ,Promotional sample products from Sponsors, Discount vouchers from partners and sponsors.
Facilities Water Stations, Medical Stations, KM Signage, Traffic cones with tapes to indicate running route, Portable toilets, Marshals.
