Given that the Council has just cut any funding for advice work - and there will be no face to face advice available until 2013 - and then only to residents of Newham that can PROVE that they have lived in the borough for over a year - not only will both Stephen and Lyn be busier - residents may even wake up to the fact that their local Councillors have surgeries and pitch up there for advice? What a very sorry state - and don't even begin to blame the Government for these cuts in service in Newham - this is about priorities - and the Council's priorites are very strange.
