  1. Hi John,

nice one. Couldn't the former Mili manage anything better than 'lost in the post.' Lucky the dog didn't eat it.

Bannister as the 'best placed' (tens of thousands of votes behind the winner) 4 time loser (?) means that he and SPEW consider it their divine right to run. Whereas UL/SWP with their fake unity would never back down. Had the meeting taken place as planned it would have made a fine video.

  3. To be fair to Roger Bannister, I don't think it's true he made any claim that the dog ate his invitation. I think he's just a little bit more clued up about just how useless and ineffective the UUL are.

But even Paul Holmes doesn't seem that keen to acknowledge their support in his publicity - and he's their chosen son!

  5. I hope you are not making a racial slur against the candidates with that video?

    Talk about hypocrite!

  6. anon it would take a very sick and twisted mind to think that this spoof is any form of a racist slur, but if that is what you need to join SPEW nowadays...

  7. Two white middle-aged blokes having a racial slur against them through a film about two monkeys fighting? WTF planet are you on, you berk? Or are you some weirdo BNP troll? (Apologies for any slur on trolls, with that.)

  8. Given one of the four candidates is black, i think that this is clearly a racial slur!

I hope he makes a complaint. I know I will be!

  9. The fourth anonymous comment about racist remarks was a veiled reference to the accusation that there was racist content in a leaflet distributed by four members of Unison, who were also members of SPEW - and who are banned from holding office in the union.

  11. anon how dare you suggest that Harry Hill is a racist? He is not a member of SPEW!

  12. Just a point, but ultra-left, as a technical term, refers to council communists, and typically includes such views as: opposition to social democratic parties/frontism; opposition to trade unions; anti-parliamentism, etc.

    The Millies aren't ultra-left.

  13. Indeed, Bill, the Millies are not - they are reformists but pretending to be revolutionaries. They also have an unfortunate history of rushing round in taxis dishing out redundancy notices to thousands of Council workers.

  14. i thought they are real trot permenant revolutionaries - are you know trying to tell me that they are just another lot of "sell out" reformists?
